Senator Roberts Announces $298,500 for Housing in Topeka


WASHINGTON, DC – July 6, 2009 – (RealEstateRama) — U.S. Senator Pat Roberts (R-KS) today announced a $298,500 grant to the Topeka Housing Authority.

The Designated Housing Program funds will provide assistance to non-elderly disabled families and enable the Topeka Housing Authority to provide sufficient alternative resources to meet the housing needs of non-elderly disabled families.

The grant was awarded by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
