The funds come from the Tax Credit Exchange Program (CEP) and the Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP), two initiatives established in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) to create housing for the nation’s lowest income residents.

The lease-to-own development, called House-to-Home, will be located in the historic Bethany neighborhood and is financed by the Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP) created by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009.
