May 15, 2009 - (RealEstateRama) — Kansas Housing Resources Corporation hereby publishes a preliminary draft of its Selection Criteria for funding through the Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP). All applications are evaluated based on the Selection Criteria in the Qualified Allocation Plan. KHRC will then rank and give priority to applications based on the following criteria

Topeka, KS - April 23, 2009 - (RealEstateRama) — Kansas Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC) is pleased to announce that after only two weeks, $4 million in funding for the Residential Appliance Replacement Program is now committed. KHRC launched the statewide initiative to reduce energy consumption among homeowners and renters on April 7th, 2009. Today, after receiving over 1300 voucher requests totaling nearly $5 million, applications will no longer be accepted.
