TOPEKA, Kansas – May 28, 2014 – (RealEstateRama) — In response to the continued need for housing throughout Kansas, $2 million is again available to the State Housing Trust Fund for the purpose of administering and supporting housing programs. As a result, Kansas Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC) has released a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Moderate Income Housing (MIH) Program. The RFP and the Application are available here.
The deadline to submit proposals under the MIH RFP is noon on Friday, September 5, 2014.
