Local New-Home Permits Jump to Highest Mark in One Year

December 22, 2009 - (RealEstateRama) -- Metro Kansas City single-family construction permits rose 8 percent in November to their highest level since November 2008, according to statistics compiled by the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City (HBA).
